The Forgotten

The Forgotten are not a population of Aetherion. They are an administrative category — citizens whose civic records have been resolved and removed from the active registry, for reasons specific to each individual case.

The term itself is informal. It does not appear in current civic guidance materials, except as a historical reference. Citizens are advised to disregard secondhand accounts of the Forgotten as a contemporary group; no such group is administratively recognized.
