Axiom

Axiom is the doctrine that orders civic life in Aetherion. Citizens recognize Axiom not by anyone proclaiming it — there is no proclamation — but by its provisions: the morning that begins on time, the wellness that arrives before it is asked for, the small reassurances that quietly accumulate into a life uninterrupted.

Citizens do not invoke Axiom directly. They live within its provisions: in their sectors, on their schedules, by the agreements their households were registered under.

Axiom is older than any citizen now living. By every measure the city has been moved to take, it is working exactly as intended.
